By creating an account or using Gerolamo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Gerolamo is operated by Adjective LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").
Gerolamo is a competitive intelligence platform that indexes and analyzes publicly available technical content from GitHub, arXiv, and Hugging Face. We provide search, scoring, and AI-assisted analysis of this data. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

If you provide your own LLM API key (BYOK), you are responsible for any costs incurred through that key. Gerolamo API keys issued to you are for your use only and must not be shared.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Content you create on Gerolamo (annotations, compositions, workspaces) belongs to you. The underlying intelligence data, scoring algorithms, and platform design are the property of Adjective LLC. Publicly indexed content (repos, papers, models) remains the property of its respective creators.
Gerolamo uses AI models to generate analysis, scores, and summaries. This content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on Gerolamo's analysis or scores.
Gerolamo indexes and analyzes publicly available content and links back to the original source. We respect the rights of content owners. If you believe material surfaced on Gerolamo infringes your copyright or should be removed, send a notice through our contact page identifying the material, the source URL, and your relationship to it. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or delist the material promptly.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
