Gerolamo, operated by Adjective LLC ("we", "us", "our"), indexes and analyzes publicly available technical content from GitHub, arXiv, and Hugging Face. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy explains how to submit a notice and how we handle it.
If you believe content available through Gerolamo infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
Notices that omit any of these elements may not be valid. Note that under Section 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages.
Send takedown notices and counter-notifications to Adjective LLC's designated agent:
DMCA Designated Agent, Adjective LLC
Email: dmca@adjective.us
Our agent's full mailing address and telephone number are on file with the U.S. Copyright Office and can be found in its public DMCA Designated Agent Directory (search for "Adjective LLC").
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notification that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Gerolamo displays factual metadata (titles, descriptions, authorship, traction metrics) and AI-generated analysis of publicly available repositories, papers, and models. Underlying works remain the property of their respective creators, and links point to the original sources. If you are the rights holder and want a listing corrected or removed, the process above applies.
