Web interface for AI voice cloning and multi-lingual TTS (Urdu, Hindi, English) optimized for Google Colab execution

This is a zero-star, zero-fork project with no community traction or historical activity. It wraps existing open-source TTS/voice cloning models (Tacotron2, SpeechBrain, Coqui, or similar commodity frameworks) into a Colab notebook interface with a Gradio/Streamlit UI. The multi-lingual support (Urdu, Hindi, English) adds minor localization value but doesn't represent technical novelty—these languages are supported by standard TTS libraries. The Colab optimization is a deployment choice, not an algorithmic contribution. Frontier labs (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) have superior in-house voice synthesis capabilities; Google especially has near-zero friction to add Colab integration to any TTS product. This is a thin application layer over commodity open-source components. High frontier risk because voice cloning and TTS are active areas where labs are shipping products (e.g., Google's Polyglot voice synthesis, Anthropic's voice features in Claude). The project offers no switching costs, data gravity, or ecosystem lock-in. It's immediately reproducible by anyone familiar with Colab + TTS libraries. No evidence of novel architecture, dataset, or approach.
