Generate 'Spot the Difference' puzzle games from text prompts by using AI image generation and algorithmic image manipulation to create paired game assets.

This is a thin application layer combining well-established components: (1) text-to-image AI (DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney), (2) image processing libraries (PIL), and (3) algorithmic difference generation. The project has zero stars, zero forks, and zero velocity after 3+ years—indicators of either abandoned code or never-launched product. The core workflow is: prompt → generate image A via API → algorithmically alter to create image B → package as game. This is a straightforward orchestration of commodity tools with no novel technique. Platform domination risk is high because: (1) OpenAI, Google, and Meta all control the underlying image generation models; (2) gaming platforms (Unity, Unreal, game engines) could trivially add this as a content generation feature; (3) no moat exists in the alteration logic—pixel-level differences (blur, rotate, remove objects) are standard image processing. Market consolidation risk is medium: puzzle game studios and indie game platforms could absorb this workflow, but it's not core to their business yet. The displacement horizon is 6 months because generative AI platforms are rapidly adding game-content-generation features, and the technical barrier to entry is extremely low. A well-funded game studio could rebuild this in weeks. This is a demo/POC with no adoption, no differentiated algorithm, and no defensible IP.
