A warping function-based control chart for detecting distributional changes in damage-sensitive features for structural condition assessment

This is an academic project providing a reference implementation for a specific statistical method in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). While the application of warping functions to control charts for damage detection is a novel domain-specific combination, the project lacks stars, users, and a production-ready software ecosystem. Frontier labs are unlikely to enter this highly specialized civil engineering niche.
