Local TTS plugin for Sapphire with voice cloning, voice design from natural language, and preset speaker customization using Qwen3-TTS models

This is a fresh wrapper around existing Qwen3-TTS models integrated into the Sapphire plugin ecosystem. Zero adoption signals (0 stars, 0 forks, 8 days old), no evidence of users or community validation. The novelty is purely in packaging—voice cloning and style-based TTS are commodity features in modern TTS systems (ElevenLabs, Coqui, Bark, etc. have these). The natural language voice design is incremental over existing multi-speaker TTS with style control. As a plugin rather than a standalone tool, it has narrow composability—useful only within Sapphire's ecosystem. Frontier labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) have either shipping TTS products with voice cloning or would trivially add this as a feature to their platforms. The project is infrastructure-thin (a plugin wrapper), solving a domain-specific problem (Sapphire TTS) that maps directly to capabilities frontier labs are actively building. No defensible moat: the models are open-source (Qwen3), the architecture is straightforward, and the integration is boilerplate plugin code. High risk of being displaced by: (a) frontier lab TTS improvements, (b) Sapphire's own native TTS integration, or (c) the larger TTS ecosystem commoditizing voice cloning and design features further.
