MCP server for ProtonMail email management via Proton Bridge integration, enabling Claude and other AI agents to read, send, and manage encrypted emails

This is a brand-new (1 day old), zero-adoption wrapper that applies the MCP server pattern to ProtonMail's existing Proton Bridge interface. It's a thin integration layer—not a novel approach to email management or encryption, but a straightforward binding of commodity protocols (SMTP/IMAP) to the MCP spec. The technical implementation likely consists of standard MCP boilerplate + Proton Bridge client calls. No users, no forks, no velocity signal. Defensibility is minimal because: (1) it's a personal experiment stage, (2) the MCP server pattern for email is straightforward and easily replicated, (3) ProtonMail's own SDK or Anthropic could add native ProtonMail support directly to Claude's tools. Frontier risk is high because frontier labs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) have both the incentive (user email access is a high-value integration) and the capability (direct relationships with email providers) to implement this natively as a first-party feature or built-in tool, making a third-party wrapper obsolete.
