This is a personal academic/educational project with zero adoption signals (0 stars, 0 forks, 9 days old). The README describes a well-scoped but standard computational biology workflow: guide RNA design is a solved problem with mature tools (Cas-OFFinder, CHOPCHOP, Benchling, Addgene resources) already in production use. The component capabilities (off-target detection, efficiency ML models, primer design) are commodity bioinformatics functions, not novel research. Frontier labs (Genentech, Verily, commercial CRISPR companies) have already productized this exact capability set at scale with superior UIs and validated models. No evidence of novel algorithm, dataset, or approach that would differentiate from existing CRISPR design platforms.
