Load-balancing and round-robin proxying for multiple Claude Pro accounts to bypass rate limits in the Claude Code CLI.

CC-Router is a utilitarian 'hack' designed to circumvent Anthropic's per-account rate limits for their Claude Code CLI tool. With only 5 stars and zero forks at 7 days old, it represents a niche script rather than a sustainable project. From a competitive standpoint, it has zero moat: the logic for round-robin proxying is a commodity programming task. The project faces extreme frontier risk because it actively undermines Anthropic's monetization strategy (limiting individual Pro accounts to encourage Team/Enterprise upgrades). Anthropic can trivially displace this by updating their OAuth flow, implementing stricter browser fingerprinting, or banning accounts that exhibit 'impossible' usage patterns across multiple IPs. This is a cat-and-mouse utility that will likely be rendered obsolete by platform updates within months. Similar tools exist for the OpenAI ecosystem (e.g., various 'unlimited' API proxies), but they rarely achieve infrastructure-grade status due to the inherent fragility of relying on non-public API surfaces.
